With the DESTILLIERMEISTER ECO-E10506 you get a great introductory offer bargain with a heavy, thick-walled 18/10 stainless steel kettle in gastro quality and a curved countercurrent high-performance cooler that is only available from us. Thanks to a special bending technique, we can manufacture curved counterflow coolers up to 6 m in length using the double-pipe process, as found in a straight Liebig cooler. Our counterflow cooler can be seen as a further development of the Liebig cooler. The cooler of the DESTILLIERMEISTER ECO-E10506 has a full 80 cm cooling length. Distillation bridges with Liebig coolers of this length would be difficult to handle with a total length of 140 cm and are therefore no longer offered. However, a longer cooling length means significantly less cooling water consumption, because the heat can be released into the cooling water at lower flow rates. A good cooler with an optimally set flow rate can be recognized by the fact that the waste water comes out hot at the outlet and the distillate is still well cooled.

   1. ​Socket for the distillation bridge (3.). There is a silicone seal between 1st and 2nd.

3. ​Stainless steel distillation bridge with a performance countercurrent cooler. The cooling length is a comfortable 80 cm, which results in significantly lower water consumption than with previous models with Liebig coolers. The bridge is simply plugged into the gold-colored socket, so it is tight when plugged in. Both ends of the cooler (T-pieces) are made of copper, the screw nipples are made of gunmetal. These only come into contact with cooling water. All components carrying distillate are made of stainless steel.
