Compact distillery with large drug basket for steam distillation for the production of hydrolates and essential oils

• Water / steam boiler: 6 liters,

• large plant basket with a full 4.5 liters volume, which is sufficient, for instance, for the production of up to 15 ml of lavender oil in one distillation cycle

• 1 m countercurrent high-performance cooler, double tube manufactured as a helix.

• Solid thick-walled water / steam boiler made of 18/10 stainless steel and three-layer thermo floor,
• Lockable with fasteners,
• Hygiene by stainless steel.

Construction

1. Water steam boiler (6 liters), suitable for all fireplaces. It is filled with 2.5 liters of distilled or demineralized water.

   1. Four screw-on nipples for the clamping straps 5. for closing the system.

2. Large plant basket for holding up to 4.5 liters of plant material or drugs.

3. Cover with screw connection (3.1) for the cooling module (4).

   1. Genuine Al-Ambik® analog thermometer. This specially designed for distilling and extremely high quality bimetal thermometer is made by a specialized craft business in Germany piece by piece individually for you. The display accuracy corresponds to the German industry standard class 1 and is thus guaranteed to the degree exactly.

4. Distillation attachment with Hydrolat cooler.

   5. 1 m twisted double tube for effective cooling of the hydrolate with low cooling water consumption.

   6. Hydrolat / oil spout.

5. 4 latches for tight closing of the boiler-plant basket system. They are screwed to the screw nipples 1.1. The clamping claws are placed over the edge of the lid and clamped with the bracket.
