Legal, registration-free stainless steel still for essential oils with a full 4 liters of plant space.

20 ml Essenial Oil within 15 Minutes
With over 4 liters of plant space they have plenty of volume to process even larger amounts of plants or drugs. By raising the aroma basket you can also experiment with smaller amounts, but they should then work with reduced heating power. The steam is produced in an extra boiler under the plant container, so that a contact with boiling water can be excluded. The best thing is: Since the kettle is only 2 liters in volume despite the large plant container, the DESTILLIERMEISTER E2-4 Supreme is also legal in Germany and Austria and may be sold and operated without notification.
Simpel handing:

Pour 1.8 liters of water into the water / steam boiler,
Place up to 4 liters of plant pipe and close with tension locks,
Insert aroma basket,
fill with up to 4 liters of herbs or drugs - do not compress,
seal as described below
fit cover 5. and tighten tension locks 4.1,
insert distillation bridge 6 in socket 5.1,
screw the coolant hoses to the cooler,
switch on the heat source and collect oil and Hydrolat at 6.6,
distill for a maximum of 15 to a maximum of 20 minutes at a higher power (induction plate 2000 watts).

Water / steam tank and plant / drug tube, as well as all distillate leading pipelines are made in high quality stainless steel.

Construction

Water / steam boiler, 2 liters. Approx. 1.8 liters of water are filled.
1. 4 tension locks for securely locking the water / steam boiler using 2.1.
Plant / drug pipe, aproximately 4 liters content.
1. Lid to close the kettle,
2. Plant tube,
3. 4 tension locks for closing the plant tube by means of the lid 3.
Lid with socket for the distillation bridge 4.

Distilling bridge with curved counterflow power cooler with a comfortable 90 cm cooling length.
1. Riser pipe,

3. Double pipe cooler in counterflow (outside jacket, inside core)

Laboratory thermometer with silicone stopper, insert in 4.2.
Aroma basket to insert into the steam pipe. This is about 3 cm away from the ground and a closed storage area in the middle, so that the rising steam jet does not flow directly through the plant matter and, due to the jet effect, blows a tunnel, which would lead to heavy losses. Due to the storage area, the steam initially flows radially and then rises through its own thermal. The plant pipe has a height / diameter ratio greater than 1, so that an effective chimney effect favors the drag effect. If you also want to work with smaller amounts of plant matter, you can order the adjustable aroma basket.
